Leave It Lovely, operated by JL Capital, LLC, provides professional residential cleaning services, including recurring membership-based cleaning appointments, in Utah and surrounding service areas.

3. Memberships, Payment, and Guarantee

Service pricing is based on home size and scope of service, and is provided as part of a quote prior to your first appointment. Our membership includes unlimited scheduled appointments for the agreed fee. If you are not satisfied with your membership within 90 days of your first service, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked, as described at the time of signup.

4. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information — whether through our website, a lead form, or in person — you consent to receive communications from JL Capital, LLC dba Leave It Lovely, including text messages, phone calls, and emails regarding scheduling, service updates, promotions, and offers, possibly using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and service address information, provide reasonable access to your property for scheduled services, and communicate any special access, safety, or property considerations in advance.

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any customer for non-payment, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.
